Two facts about Cambodia:
1. It has the highest rate of HIV of any country in Asia
2. "The rich get richer while the poor get poorer" is a very true sentiment to describe Cambodia. Those in power use their influence for their own short-term personal gain, without thought to the Cambodia people or their nation's financial stability.
